Free cancellation up to 48 hours
Cancel more than 48 hours before your check-in date at no charge. Just message or call us.
Within 48 hours
If you cancel inside 48 hours and we had held a room for you, we may charge the first night's rate. In most cases, if we can re-let the room, we won't.
No-show
If you don't arrive and haven't told us, the first night may be charged. A quick message always helps us help you.
Peak periods
During major festivals such as Brahmotsavam, we may ask for a small refundable deposit to hold a room. We'll always tell you clearly before you commit.

Reply to our confirmation message, WhatsApp us on +91 88979 58482, or call reception. You'll get a person, and a clear answer.
Refunds
Any refund due is returned by the same method you paid, as quickly as we can arrange it.
