What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email, your requested dates, guest numbers, room preference and anything you write in the message box.
We do not collect payment card details on this website. Any payment, if agreed, is arranged with you directly.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, confirm availability, and arrange your stay. Your phone number is used to contact you by call or WhatsApp; your email as a backup.
Who sees it
Your enquiry reaches the owners and our reception directly. We never sell, rent or share your details with advertisers or booking platforms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 18 months so we can help with repeat visits, then delete them. Ask us to delete yours sooner at any time and we will.
Cookies
This site uses only the minimum needed to work. We don't run advertising trackers.
Your choices
Write to us to see, correct or delete the details we hold. We'll action it within a reasonable time.
